Alankart currently ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Actual delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Promotional free shipping offers may be available for selected products, categories, or order values.

6. Multiple Shipments

Alankart operates as a multi-seller marketplace. Products within the same order may be shipped separately by different sellers.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate deliveries for a single order.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to the seller.

Alankart and its sellers shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers should inspect packages at the time of delivery.

If a package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Take clear photographs immediately.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Contact Alankart Customer Support.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Alankart shall not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details.

Alankart is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Shipping, dispatch, packaging, and fulfilment may be performed by:
